Cabins Near Pymatuning, Ohio

Pymatuning State Park is located within 100 miles of both Cleveland, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The majority of the park is located in Pennsylvania, but does cross the border into Ohio. Even though a smaller portion of the park is located in Ohio, there are still plenty of cabin resorts for visitors to choose from. Plus, there is one Ohio state sponsored campground where guests can pitch their own tent or set their own trailer. Regardless of how visitors choose to stay, Pymatuning is a fantastic place to reconnect with nature.

Pymatuning Valley Resort

The Pymatuning Valley Resort is located in the Pymatuning Lake Region and offers 47 cabins to visitors. There are also 200 campsites for visitors that want to stay in their own tent or camper. Open year-round, the cabins easily sleep four to six people. Amenities include a water park area, batting cages, paintball arena, bumper boats, Maui Mike's restaurant, clubhouse, adult lounge, dry sauna, game room, full basketball court and planned activities. A membership to the resort is even available, which give members even more benefits, such as special events and activities.

Pymatuning State Park Cottages

Visitors to the Pymatuning region can stay at the beautiful Pymatuning State Park Cottages and enjoy all of the comforts of home. Reasonably priced, guests can choose from 62 cottages. Some cottages have two bedrooms while others offer just one bedroom. The one-bedroom cottages are available only May through October. One premium cottage even offers a hot tub, Florida room, air conditioning and a large deck. Pets are even allowed in some cottages, so call ahead if you want to bring your furry family members. All cabins have a television, kitchen and living area. Pymatuning Lake is located within two miles of the resort, making these cottages the perfect place to vacation.

Pymatuning State Park Cabins

Located within the boundaries of Pymatuning State Park lie the Pymatuning State Park Cabins. Visitors can choose from 60 cabins, which sleep two to four people. All cabins feature a kitchenette and cable television. The activities of Pymatuning Lake, including swimming, fishing, canoeing, picnic shelters and land activities, are all within walking distance. These cabins are only open seasonally.
