Classic Coach Companies
Classic Coach Companies offers one daily pick-up from Monday through Friday and two on the weekends for trips from Long Island to Atlantic City. From Monday through Friday, a bus stops at 12 locations in Suffolk County between 6:50 and 8:25 a.m. for travel to Tropicana Casino, Bally's Casino and Showboat. A Nassau/Queens route offers an additional 12 pick-up locations (plus two in Queens). On Saturday and Sunday, a "nite owl" trip stops at eight locations in Suffolk and Nassau counties, as well as in Queens. Casino charters are also available for groups that wish to go to a specific location in Atlantic City.

Greyhound
Popular bus company Greyhound provides travel from Long Island cities to Atlantic City from its stations in Babylon, Hempsted and Islip. The trip takes anywhere from 4.5 hours to to nearly eight hours, depending on the town and schedule.
For a more-direct route, Greyhound also has a "Lucky Streak" bus that provides service from nearby Brooklyn and New York City to seven Atlantic City casinos. All tickets are priced for round-trip travel and are open-ended, meaning you can return on any day you'd like.

Inter-County Transportation
For daily service to Showboat, Bally's and Caesers casinos, try Inter-County Transportation. The company offers seven locations in Suffolk County where pick-ups are made between 6:45 and 7:50 a.m. and seven more locations in Nassau County where pick-ups are made between 8 and 8:45 a.m. Tickets are priced for a seven-hour trip, but overnight return tickets are available at a discount. Each ticket comes with slot vouchers for use at one of the three casinos.
