Four Seasons Resorts sits along the beach on Kona Coast. In 2009 the property underwent a $40 million renovation. Home to an expanded spa, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, fashion boutiques and an award-winning oceanfront restaurant, guests have plenty of options when looking to fill their days. Hotel features include numerous pools (all heated with one adults only and one kids only), fitness facility, spa, tennis, mountain climbing and watercraft sport activities, a 24-hour business center, a cultural center and wireless, wired Internet access. Three restaurants, two lounges and room service are all on-property. Room and suite amenities offered are cable, DVD player, in-room safe, bath robes, wireless Internet access, coffee maker and interactive televisions and deep-soaking tubs. It only takes 30 minutes to get to city center from this resort.

At the Mauna Lani Bay hotel and bungalows property guests can book a tee time at one of two course options, and also have access to a fitness club, lap pool, beach cabanas, tennis, snorkeling equipment, volleyball, ukelele and lei making classes, a spa, a laundry room and shuttle service throughout the resort.
