This Laguna Beach two-story condo is in a quiet location on the west side of Laguna Beach. Just walk across the street and find yourself on a white beach, looking at the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. With 1152 square feet, two bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths, the condo has space and sleeping for up to seven people. Each room is brightly painted in the soft pastels of Florida. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a cable television, a stereo, a ceiling fan and a balcony with a view of the ocean. The second bedroom has two double beds and another cable television and ceiling fan. The condo is air-conditioned and has Internet access.

A shower is conveniently located outside for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. Then you can relax on the fenced rear patio with chairs, a table and tropical plants. The condo is 20 miles from the Panama City airport; there's a golf course 8 miles away, and restaurants, a grocery store and a park are all nearby. Long View by the Sea Cottage

Also named "Longue-Vue (a French version of "telescope") by the Sea," this two-story cottage sleeps up to 10 people. The cottage is private and surrounded by palm trees and other tropical plants---a garden the owner cares for with pride. The inside of the cottage is furnished with wicker and bright tropical cushions. The first floor has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The second floor has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room.

Amenities include fluffy white bathrobes, wireless Internet connection, a 40-inch LCD television, a gas barbecue, beach chairs and toys. You can hit the beach that's only 50 steps away, or settle into a rocker on the back patio, front porch or balcony to relax, read or watch the ocean. Think Pink Cottages

The Think Pink Cottages are a charming getaway to the quiet, residential area of Laguna Beach, Florida. The beach is a short 200-foot walk away, and each front yard has a view of the ocean. Two one-bedroom cottages and one two-bedroom cottage are available for rent. Yes, the cottages are painted pink on the outside, with coral-colored shutters, totally blending into the beach-and-seashell landscape of Florida. Renters are welcome to the fruit of the lemon, orange and Satsuma trees that grow out front.

The inside of each cottage is nicely furnished with whitewashed furniture, and the kitchens, with their white appliances and cabinets, are bright and clean. The one-bedroom cottages, with their convertible sofas, sleep two to four people. The two-bedroom cottage has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with two queen beds, and a convertible sofa. All cottages have one bathroom.
