Fado Irish Pub
A small nationwide chain of restaurants, Fado Irish Pub has one location in Austin, approximately 30 miles from San Gabriel Park in Georgetown. Mother Egan's Irish Pub is about a 30-mile drive from San Gabriel Park in Georgetown. Appetizer selections combine traditional pub fare like potato skins and chicken wings with more unusual fare like house-made potato chips with curry seasoning. Shepherd's pie is a popular entree at the pub and consists of ground beef, peas, carrots and onions in gravy, topped with mashed potatoes and then baked.
