In the town of Niagara, Ontario, the majestic Niagara Falls tower over the land and bring visitors from the world over to see the natural wonder. Skylon Tower Restaurant

The Skylon Tower is the tallest structure in Niagara Falls, as Niagara Falls: Restaurants on the Canadian Side explains, and features an outdoor observation deck, a glass elevator, shops, and an indoor entertainment center. Eat at one of the quick-serve restaurants in the lower part of the tower, or at the Summit Suite Buffet Dining Room, directly across from the Revolving Restaurant, both 775 feet above the Falls. The Revolving Restaurant rotates once every hour, allowing diners to watch the view as they dine on lunch or dinner. The menu features such choices as baked escargot, lobster, stuffed pork chops, rack of lamb, or pasta paupiette--a vegetable and ricotta cheese mixture rolled inside lasagna noodles. The Revolving Restaurant features local and international wines as well.
