Pedernales Falls State Park

Pedernales State Park features 20 miles of trails and limestone falls as well as 69 RV-only sites with 20/30 electrical hookups and water. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. Lovers of the outdoors can't go wrong camping at this park because in addition to those hiking trails, you have ample opportunities for swimming, fishing, mountain biking and the thrill of tubing down fast-running water. The sites themselves are large, and you will certainly appreciate the heavy shade provided by the trees during a summer visit. Be aware that in late summer it not only gets hot, but wet with the regular rainstorms that hit the area. A winter visit requires working heat in your vehicle and warm clothing when you head outside.
