Williamsburg Lodge

This hotel is also an official part of the Colonial Williamsburg complex, under the same nonprofit umbrella. A two-year renovation project completed in 2007 has left this property with even more choices for lodging: the main lodge, one of 30 rooms in four guesthouses or Tazewell Hall. The guesthouses are decorated in an early American folk-art style with period-inspired furnishings. Tazewell Hall is the most contemporary of the three lodging options, with suites, fireplaces and balconies. The main lodge building has a restaurant serving Southern favorites and a bar/lounge for a convenient nightcap.
