Tappan, which is named after an Indian tribe, is located in Rockland County in New York. Giulio's Restaurant

Giulio's Restaurant has been serving northern Italian cuisine for over 30 years in a 19th-century manor. Divided into several rooms on two floors, the manor has oak walls and fireplaces and each table is set with hurricane candles. For lunch, try the Penne Alla Vodka, Fettuccine Alfredo, Breaded Veal Cutlet, or Chicken Marsala, as well as appetizers, soups and salads. Broiled sea scallops, grilled pork chops with peppers and mushrooms, filet mignon, and putanesca and pesto pasta are available for dinner. Hot and cold appetizers, soups and salads are also served during dinner. The bar offers a full wine and martini list. Catering services are offered.

La Fontanella Ristorante

La Fontanella Ristorante offers a wide range of southern Italian selections. The lunch menu has appetizers, soups and salads, wraps, pastas, and entrees. Lunch entrees are Chicken Primavera, Penne Vodka, Shrimp Marinara, and linguine with white or red clam sauce. Appetizers, soups, pastas, and entrees make up the dinner menu. Chicken Cacciatore, New Zealand Mussels Marinara, Veal Frances, and homemade manicotti can be ordered for dinner. Catering services are offered and a banquet room for up to 100 people is available for private parties. La Fontanella Ristorante is closed on Sundays except for private parties.

Duke Ocean Grill

Duke Ocean Grill is the largest restaurant in Rockland County. It is best known for its Canadian hard-shell lobster; in-house, dry-aged steaks; homemade desserts; sushi conveyor belt; and banquet facilities for up to 100 people. Order fresh oysters, goat cheese terrine, grilled Portobello burger, roast beef asiago, oven-roasted salmon, butternut squash ravioli, and steamed lobster. Enjoy wine from an extensive list including a Proprietors Reserve list. Signature cocktails are Pomegranate Martini and Coffee Duke. In-house-prepared desserts are served. Duke Ocean Grill has free Wi-Fi and catering services are offered.
