There are rates for short- and long-term stays. The Hill Country RV Park is close to hiking, and road biking can be had on the roads around the region.

Sites have concrete patios, and there are both pull-through and back-in sites. A guest room, showers, private bathrooms, meeting room and picnic area are available for guest use and enjoyment. Well behaved pets are welcome.

For those who appreciate and enjoy the familiarity and comfort of a chain campground there is the Fredericksburg KOA. Hookups include 20-, 30- and 50-amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV and Wi-Fi. All sizes of RV can be handled with either pull-through or back-in sites. Pets are welcome but need to be leashed while on the premises. There is a guest room, showers, private toilets, laundry, playground, picnic and barbecue grill area and a dump station for guest use and comfort. The grounds have oak trees that provide shade.
