Grissini Restaurant
Reservations are recommended but not required at Grissini, and upscale Italian cuisine is the specialty of the house. A wood-burning oven turns out pizza and focaccia with toppings such as prosciutto, eggplant, wild mushrooms and roasted peppers. Pasta dishes include a daily risotto special, Pappardelle, ravioli, and homemade Tagliolini. Entrees include veal scaloppini, chicken, salmon and tuna grilled or sautéed. A special Sunday dinner is served weekly, featuring traditional homemade meatballs and pasta. An extensive wine list is available and the décor and ambience at Grissini features white linen tablecloths and elegant Italian design. Lunch is served weekdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., followed by dinner until 11:00 p.m. Dinner is only served at 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 4:00 p.m. on Sundays.

The Bicycle Club
The Bicycle Club offers a restaurant, bar and catering services and is located near the George Washington Bridge. Serving "new American cuisine," the menu features house specialties roasted on a rotisserie such as baby back ribs and chicken as well as steak, seafood and large plate salads. Outdoor patio seating is available, and the décor features warm colors and stonework, with plentiful bar seating. Lunch is served daily at 11:30 a.m. and the Bicycle Club remains open until 11:00 p.m. weeknights and 12:00 a.m. on weekends. Palisades Interstate Park is one block from the Bicycle Club, which offers up to 13 miles of walking and hiking trails.

Assembly Steak House
The Assembly Steak House offers an upscale casual atmosphere with outdoor patio seating, a piano in the dining room and a bar featuring a polished hardwood counter. Weekday lunch begins at 11:00 a.m., with dinner service continuing until 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on weekends.
