Visitors to Arlington will enjoy the River Legacy Trail, which boasts of eight miles of paved hiking trails that offer opportunities for viewing wildlife.

Treetops RV Resort is located in the heart of Arlington just a half mile from the local shopping mall and within a short drive of several parks. It is built on a wooded tract of land with more than 2,000 oak trees that provide shade for most sites. Treetops RV Resort has large concrete pad sites that include electric, cable TV and wireless Internet with pull-through sites as available as well. There is also a picnic table at every site along with a campfire ring. Facility amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and lounging area, laundry room and spacious bathhouse with showers.

Dallas Arlington KOA

KOA Kampground and RV Park is located in central Arlington within two blocks of many restaurants and shops as well a large city park with walking trails. The KOA offers RV sites as well as tent sites and rental cabins with the RV sites being 100 foot pull-through with cement pad. Amenities include electrical hook-up, free cable TV and phone for a small fee as well as free wireless Internet. The sites also have a picnic table, campfire ring and water spout. Facility amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, playground and picnic area along with a game room, bath house and laundry facility. There is a convenience store on-site where guests can purchase food and toiletry items and LP Gas fill-ups are also available.

Traders Village Grand Prairie RV Park

Traders Village Grand Prairie RV Park is located two miles southeast of Arlington in Grand Prairie and is adjacent to the Traders Village Flea Market, which is an expansive outdoor open market. It offers 212 sites with 202 being full hook-up with electric, water and wireless Internet. Many of the sites are pull-through and feature a picnic table and fire pit as well all sites having a paved pad. Facility amenities include a laundry room, bath house and convenience store as well ATM machine, hair salon and car rental company. Recreational opportunities include an outdoor swimming pool, game room and playground with plenty of room for walking or jogging.
