The Argo Hotel

Hot air balloon rides take off from the motel's property in the spring and fall. The motel also allows guests to borrow a picnic basket for a day. The Argo is located close to Lewis and Clark Lake, with plenty of fishing and boating opportunities. Though Crofton is 50 miles east of Lynch, the Argo remains one of the closest motels in the Lynch area. Motorists can also stop at Niobrara State Park, a halfway point between the two towns.

Skyline Motel
Built in 1962, the 10-room Skyline Motel was recently redecorated. Rooms offer cable television, coffee makers, direct dial phones, air conditioning and daily maid service. Ample parking is available, and all rooms are on the first floor. The motel features many bird feeders and fountains on the grounds.
Skyline Motel is about a 20-minute drive east of Lynch. On-site attractions include a gazebo and bookstore/gift shop. In the area, visitors can find the Calamus and Butte Golf Courses, as well as the Calamus Reservoir State Recreation Area.

Steps away from the scenic Cowboy Trail in O'Neill is the Holiday Inn Express. The motel has a fitness center, an indoor pool and a whirlpool. Guests staying for an extended time can ask for rooms with a kitchenette, and there is a coin laundry in the building.
