Brazas Brazilian Steakhouse
Famous for its traditional methods, Brazas helps carve its niche into the great wooden table of culinary experiences by adding an unusual touch to its classical flare. Rodizio, the all-inclusive Brazilian approach to dining where selections are unlimited and prices are fixed, is only part of what attracts patrons to Brazas. In addition to the casual atmosphere, the massive salad and soup bar and the constant barrage of servers offering freshly cooked meats, one also has the option of enjoying Indian food from Namaste India, its Indian restaurant, daily during lunch hours and Friday and Saturday evenings for dinner. Finally, the affordable nature of Brazas makes this establishment a favorite among patrons.

Chima Steakhouse
Among the upper echelon of finer dining, Chima is an all-around "must experience" restaurant located in Center City Charlotte. Available for dinner only, the service offered by the exceedingly amiable staff is a selling point to many frequenters, far surpassing both expectations and previous experiences held elsewhere. Redefining the rodizio standards with a salad bar massive enough to fill even the most voracious appetite, Chima doesn't stop there. Its succulent lamb and savory swordfish dance on the palate. Equally enjoyable are the curiously tasty bar snacks consisting of everything from beefs to Parmesan breads. Look to spend a bit more when experiencing Chima in addition to looking forward to an elegant evening of dining.

Pao Brazil Bakery and Cafe
A fine addition to the Brazilian culinary efforts in the area is Pao Brazil Bakery and Cafe. Extremely popular among patrons of Pao Brazil are the pao Frances, consisting of a bread similar to the Mexican bolillo roughly six inches in length with an extremely crunchy crust. The champions of the bakery items, however, are the salgadinhos which are made up of small, crispy coquettes stuffed with a chicken mix. Pao Brazil has found itself to be home to many people native to Brazil, owing many of its dishes to the influence of African and Portuguese cultures. It's no surprise that many others come looking for an inexpensive avenue to familiarize themselves with this foreign and exotic approach to baking. The establishment closes at 8 p.m. every evening.
