Cool Springs, an area in the Nashville suburb of Franklin, Tenn., is a bustling locale that continues to grow. While much of the pasture land that used to reign in Franklin has fallen victim to commercial development, there are still some options for outdoor activities, including greenways for biking and trails for hiking. A wide selection of antipasti, pasta, salads, and entrées awaits, and patrons can choose the "Buca Small" portions for parties of three or less, or opt for the "Buca Large," which can feed up to six.
