The Blue Bottle Cafe offers a fine dining experience in a casually, elegant atmosphere. The cuisine is" New American." Three separate areas comprise the bulk of the restaurant, the main dining room seating around 30 patrons. The "Trellis Room" is an enclosed greenhouse overlooking a stream. Menus cover chicken, pasta, pork, seafood and various types of meats. Sandwiches are also available at lunch. Entrees include Pan Roasted Cervena Venison, duo of Berkshire Pork, Serrano Ham Wrapped Monkfish and Black Angus Top Sirloin of Beef.

When seasonally possible, they grow their own basil, herbs and tomatoes. They even use a wood fire bricked oven for cooking pizzas to avoid the use of petroleum products.
