Four Seasons is a Thai restaurant that was voted as the "Best Restaurant in Central Jersey" by the Zagat Survey from 1998 to 2005. Items on the menu include appetizers, noodles, fried rice, soups, barbecues, seafood dishes, curries, and salads. Favorite dishes include Moo Whan (slices of marinated pork cooked in a sweet sauce with onions), Kana Moo Tod (Chinese broccoli stir fried with crispy fried pork) and Pad Pihrod (bamboo shoots, onions and choice of meat sauteed in a chili paste sauce). Pad Tau Hoo Sod (sauteed fresh tofu with chili, onions and a bean sauce), Pad Wun Sen (thin noodles stir fried with chicken, shrimp, mixed vegetables and dried mushrooms) and Four Seasons Kana (stir fried mushrooms, fresh chili peppers, Chinese broccoli, calamari, chicken and shrimp in a tangy seasoning sauce) are classic Thai dishes. Vegetarian dishes are also served. You can order your food as not spicy, mild, medium or hot.
