The Caboose Grille
The Caboose Grille is a bistro-style restaurant offering a mix of Italian and American foods. The Caboose Grille opened its doors in November 1999 and was the first restaurant in 13 years to offer dinner at the Souderton train station. The prices are moderate and there is a business casual atmosphere. The food and menu is definitely upscale with chef favorites including Scampi with Shrimp and Santa Fe Pasta with zesty chipotle pepper cheese sauce.
