Cascade is rural community located in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. The area is just north of the North Carolina border and about 20 miles from Danville, Virginia. The Dan River, which flows through Virginia and North Carolina, offers outdoor activities. Dan River includes a network of hilly trails and an expansive waterway for boating. Cascade does not have any hotels, but the North Carolina city of Eden offers accommodations close to this small community.
