Bubba Gump Shrimp Company

Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, at the tourist attraction Navy Pier, impresses even the most finicky eater. Modeled after the movie "Forest Gump," memorabilia from the film fills the walls and tables. Ambiance and decor are bayou-oriented. Portions are extremely generous, so you might consider sharing. The menu offers seafood, sandwiches, combo entrees, sirloin and baby back ribs. Appetizers, salads, sides and dessert are also available. Kids love flipping the green and red stop sign on each table, alerting wait staff to "stop" because they need something or keep on moving. Servers are friendly and patient with young ones. After the kids have cleaned their plates, Navy Pier offers seasonal outdoor amusement rides and speed boat tours, miniature golf and shopping.
