If you're celebrating a special occasion such as an anniversary or engagement or simply want to surprise your girlfriend, arrange for fresh roses or a balloon package. Start your meal with a first course of cheese fondue, which comes with bread, vegetables and apples for dipping. Reach across the table to feed your companion with the special fondue fork. Choose one of five salads for a second course. The third course consists of meat or vegetables, which you cook at your table in the fondue pot.
