Hodad's
Hodad's has been a favorite hangout of the Ocean Beach crowd for more than three decades. Best known for its bacon burgers and milkshakes, Hodad's also serves tuna sandwiches, grilled cheese, fries and onion rings. The atmosphere is casual; with license plates and surfboards covering the walls. Beach attire is the norm, and the restaurant's website boasts, "No shoes, no shirt, no problem." Beer and wine are available. Hodad's is open Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Croce's Restaurant and Jazz Bar
After strolling the Gaslamp Quarter, relax at Croce's Restaurant and Jazz Bar. Follow Sunday brunch at Tom Ham's Lighthouse with a sail around Harbor Island.
