Las Vegas Dog-Friendly Hotels
Las Vegas, Nevada, renowned as a haven for gaming, also provides its visitors with opportunities for outdoor activities. Travelers who want to take their dog with them will find there are a number of hotels that will accommodate their furry friend. There are also recreational sites in Las Vegas that welcome dogs. Some of the parks that allow dogs include Centennial Park, Woofter Park and Lorenzi Park.

According to the Super 8 website, this branch is proud to be the largest Super 8 in the world and the hotel provides its guests with amenities, such as complimentary shuttles to the airport and Las Vegas strip, heated swimming pool and spa, cable television and access to wireless Internet. Dogs are allowed to stay on first-level rooms for a nightly fee of $15 per pet. The Super 8 is within close proximity to several outdoor recreational parks in Las Vegas that allow visitors to bring their dog on the grounds. Some of these parks include Barkin' Basin Park and Winding Trails Park. These sites are ideal for jogging and cycling, as well. Car racing enthusiasts will be glad to know that the hotel is near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Due to its close proximity to the McCarran International Airport, La Quinta is an ideal resting place for travelers who are weary from their flight. Dogs are allowed to stay at this branch of La Quinta for no charge; however, dogs must weigh less than 50 lbs. Other amenities at this hotel include an exercise room, heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, complimentary Free Bright Side continental breakfast, in-room microwaves and refrigerators and guest laundromat. Golf enthusiasts who stay at La Quinta will be glad to know that the hotel is near several of Las Vegas' most popular golf courses, including Angel Park Golf Club and Durango Hills Golf Club. Also, La Quinta is only a short driving distance away from Floyd Lamb Park, which offers facilities for hiking, biking and picnics.

Not only is the Residence Inn an ideal resting place to for tourists who want to gamble at the Las Vegas strip, but the hotel also provides its guests with easy access to many of the area's most popular outdoor recreational sites.
