Slack's Hoagie Shack serves oversized Philly hoagies, steaks, salads, wings, sandwiches and wraps, burgers and chicken and seafood platters. Hoagies are served on a sesame roll and come in mini, half or giant sizes. The Godfather hoagie has sharp Provolone cheese, prosciutto, Genoa salami, capicola and roasted red peppers. Ham, roast beef, turkey, cheese, tuna and chicken hoagies are also available. Wings can be ordered by 10, 20, 50 or 100 pieces. A kids' menu is available. Catering and delivery services are offered.

Mandarin Cuisine has a Chinese and a Japanese menu. The Chinese menu includes appetizers, soups, noodle dishes, entrees, light meals, lunch specials and chef's specials. The chef's specials can be ordered with white or brown rice and include roasted boneless duck, crispy Mandarin fish, bird's nest with balls, and prawns in sweet chili sauce. The Japanese menu has soup and salads, a la carte rolls and hand rolls, nigiri sushi, party trays, entrees, Japanese lunch specials and maki lunch specials. Special rolls can be ordered by anyone and are eight-piece rolls such as Alaska king crab, crazy tuna and spider rolls. Mandarin Cuisine has all-you-can-eat sushi every Monday. Dine-in, take-out and off-premise catering services are offered.
