Tampa Bay and Gulf Beach Hotels
Tampa Bay is an inlet off the Gulf of Mexico on Florida's west coast that is bordered by several cities, the largest of which is St. Petersburg. There are many outdoor recreational opportunities in the Tampa Bay area, including miles of pristine beaches. Hikers will find that nearby Fort De Soto Park and the Vinoy Park to Flora Wylie Park Greenway offer miles of hiking trails. Kayakers can enjoy paddling along the beaches or paddle over to explore small islands, such as Egmont Key National Wildlife Refuge.
