Aladdin is a town in the northeast corner of Wyoming on the border with South Dakota and Montana. It is close to the Black Hills National Forest. You can bike on four trails through the Bear Lodge Mountains or drive an ATV on the North Blacktail Trail. A cross-country ski area and 62 miles of groomed snowmobile trail also are in the area. The Bear Lodge Trail offers 50 miles for mountain biking and horseback riding, while the national forest also has fishing lakes and campgrounds. Although there is only one motel in Aladdin, several other affordable accommodations are in the neighboring town of Hulett, which also borders the forest.

Aladdin Motel offers rooms and log cabins with satellite television, free wireless Internet access, free local calls, a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in every room. It has individual controls for the heat and air conditioning. Each room contains a queen-size bed or a queen with a trundle. An on-site café offers home-cooked meals and pie. Day trips include a visit to the Devils Tower National Monument.

The Best Western offers affordable accommodations in a log-sided building, with some rooms providing mountain views. Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Cable satellite television with in-room movies and high-speed Internet access are provided. Although there is no on-site restaurant, a complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning. The inn also has an indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, a fitness room and a meeting room that can accommodate up to 40 people. No pets are permitted. You can visit the Spearfish Canyon or take in a rodeo show at the nearby Hulett Rodeo Grounds.

Hulett Motel

The Hulett Motel offers options ranging from standard rooms to a private cabin or two-bedroom chalet along the Belle Fourche River. The rooms have queen-size beds, full bathrooms, air-conditioning and cable television. You can go rock climbing to the peak of Devil's Tower, fish for walleye and pike at Keyhole State Park or go snowmobiling and cross-country skiing through the Bear Lodge Mountains in the national forest.
