Primm Valley, also known as the town of Primm, can be found on the state line between Nevada and California. The small town is just a 45-minute drive from Las Vegas and although the population is just under 500, Primm Valley still offers visitors a choice of three resorts and casinos for those guests looking for a more relaxed and private atmosphere away from the excitement of the larger city casinos. The area also provides attractions such as two golf courses, a large outlet mall, sky-diving and a variety of restaurants.

Terrible's Primm Valley Casino Resort

Terrible's Primm Valley Casino Resort was formerly known as Primadonna Resort and is located in the heart of Primm Valley. The resort offers visitors their choice of 624 rooms all with coffee makers, irons and ironing boards and hair dryers. Suites are also available that offer additional amenities such as microwaves, jacuzzi tubs and mini-refrigerators. The adjoining casino has more than 1,500 slot machines, as well as table games such as Black Jack. The casino also boasts a buffet-style restaurant.

Buffalo Bill's

Buffalo Bill's hotel and casino can be found right on the California state-line. It offers guests their choice of 1,242 guest rooms with amenities such as Internet and 24-hour room service. Besides the casino with its large selection of slot machines and table games, the resort also includes attractions such as the Desperado roller coaster, a buffalo-shaped swimming pool and a 6,500-seat arena that often hosts concerts.

Whiskey Pete's

Whiskey Pete's is a combination hotel and casino found right in the heart of Primm Valley and was named for the original owner who was said to be famous for bootlegging. Visitors can choose from 777 rooms, which also include jacuzzi suites. The resort also features a swimming pool, water-slide, gift shop and four different restaurants. Besides slot machines and game tables, the casino also features a race and sportsbook where guests can wager on a variety of sport competitions such as football, basketball, baseball, hockey, horse racing and boxing.
