Saluda, North Carolina is a small town located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and has many attractions as well as dining and shopping opportunities for visitors. There are many lodging options including rental cabins spread throughout the surrounding mountain landscape. The area provides visitors with many recreational opportunities including mountain biking, hiking and river rafting.

Bear Creek Lodge and Cabins

Bear Creek cabins are located two miles west of Saluda in a remote tract of land that offers privacy to its guests. There are many hiking trails and wildlife viewing opportunities for guests to enjoy as well as a 100-foot waterfall on the property for guests to see and photograph. They offer two cabins that are attached with one being a one-bedroom and the other a two-bedroom that will accommodate up to six guests. Both cabins have a full kitchen that is equipped with all necessary items with the two bedrooms having a spacious living room as well. Their location is just a short five-minute drive to many shopping and dining opportunities of downtown Saluda as well many attractions.

Sandy Cut Cabins

Sandy Cut Cabins are located on a forest 15-acre tract that is two miles southeast of Saluda. The cabins overlook a forest valley that has a railroad line running through it as well as being close to Pearson water fall. They offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom cabins that are fully furnished complete with a fully equipped kitchen. All cabins come with a large deck, air conditioning and a private hot tub. The property is perfect for hiking or mountain biking on the rural road leading to the property. It is also just a five minute drive to the downtown Saluda amenities.

Cabin Fever Cabin Rentals

Cabin Fever Cabin Rentals offers seven cabins that are two miles west of downtown Saluda and offer many amenities to its guests. The property has many hiking and bike trails as well as rocking chairs, a goldfish pond and horseshoe area. Cabins range in size and layout with the largest accommodating eight people with all units including a full kitchen and dining area. Other amenities include hot tubs, spacious decks and fireplace with provided firewood. There is also an outside covered gathering area with grill and picnic tables as well as a nearby campfire ring surrounded by wooden benches. Cabin Fever is close to all the towns' amenities yet far enough away to provide privacy and quiet.
