Oceanaire Seafood Room
Oceanaire Seafood Room serves seafood that is flown in every day from around the world. From 2006-2008, Jezebel Magazine voted the restaurant as having the "Best Seafood." Depending on market availability, lunch items include Oceanaire classics such as cioppino fish and shellfish stew, Chesapeake Bay style jumbo lump crab cakes, stuffed Carolina catfish, and six-ounce warm water lobster tail.
Dinner items include Oceanaire classics such as cioppino, Maryland style jumbo lump crab cakes, sautéed shrimp scampi, and Oceanaire fish and chips. A wine list is available. A private dining room for up to 90 people is also available. Lunch is served on Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and dinner is served on Sunday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m.

C&S Seafood & Oyster Bar
C&S Seafood & Oyster Bar serves seafood and prime steaks as well as French and American dishes. Lunch entrees include grilled chicken, fried shrimp or oyster entrée salad, New England-style lobster roll, grilled angus burger, and shrimp linguine.
Dinner entrees include Chilean sea bass, organic Scottish salmon, steamed halibut, lobsters and crabs. For dessert, order chocolate fondant, key lime tart or crème brulee as well as dessert cocktails. The bar menu, available from 5 p.m. to close, includes crispy calamari, fried grouper sandwich and parmesan truffle chips. Alcohol is served.

Six Feet Under Pub & Fishhouse
The Six Feet Under Pub & Fishhouse serves appetizers, salads, soup, sandwiches and tacos, platters, baskets, sides, steamed shellfish and desserts. Sandwiches and tacos include catfish, fried calamari or scallop taco, buffalo chicken sandwich and crab cake po' boy.
You can order a platter of shrimp & scallops, blackened catfish and Georgia fried catfish. You can also order baskets of deep fried scallops, shrimps, oysters and chicken fingers. Alcohol is served and house specials include Six Feet Under Lemonade, Tombstone Tea and mimosas. Party trays can also be ordered and serve a maximum of 10 to 12 people.
