Las Vegas Condo Hotels

Las Vegas Condo Hotels
People often overlook all the outdoor activities available in the Las Vegas area, but there are many. Nearby Red Rock Canyon offers a scenic drive, hiking, mountain biking, and camping, on 197,000 acres, all within 30 minutes of the Las Vegas strip. Thirty miles north of Las Vegas, 12,000 foot-high Mt. Charleston is almost always snow covered, and offers 180 campsites and 150 picnic areas, along with skiing, snowboarding, and hiking. For a "home away from home" experience, these hotels all offer fully equipped suites.

Vdara

Vdara is a newly constructed high-rise condo hotel in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, as part of the Las Vegas City Center development. It is a boutique hotel, physically connected to the Bellagio, and with direct access to CityCenter. With a spa, world class restaurants, and Sky Pool complex, the feeling is that you're in the middle of the action, but also quite removed from it, and Vdara is a non-gaming property. From the deluxe suite with 582 square feet of space, to the two-story, two-bedroom penthouse with 1447 square feet, all have expansive windows for great views, luxurious linens, custom wood, and granite counters.

Platinum Hotel

The Platinum Hotel was the first condo hotel opened in Las Vegas, in October of 2006, and it was a total sellout years before construction began, sparking many of the newer buildings. Just a block or so off the strip, it does not have any gambling facilities. The sophisticated boutique hotel offers one- and two-bedroom Las Vegas-sized hotel suites, in a quiet, smoke-free atmosphere. The strip is a quick walk for gaming, shopping, and entertainment. The Kil@wat Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, and Stir Lounge is the place to go for drinks and appetizers in the evening, with two-for-one deals during the daily Happy Hour. You can also have drinks and appetizers delivered to you in the pool area and around the fire pits. The Well Spa offers numerous pampering treatments of all types.
