Pappasito's Cantina
From the name, it may come as no surprise that this cantina is owned by the same restaurant group behind Pappadeaux. But Pappasito's has a flavor all its own, appealing to the Tex-Mex tastes of the Houston area. More of a take-out establishment, diners can choose from burritos, enchiladas and tacos, or indulge in a decadent nacho plate. There are also breakfast tacos and Pappasito's serves margararitas, beer and wine.

Hunan Return of the Phoenix
A satellite location of a popular downtown Houston restaurant, Hunan offers diners a little something different than a burger and fries. Serving contemporary Chinese food, Hunan has all the favorites, from orange chicken and fried rice to egg rolls. Unlike Pappadeaux, this is not a sit-down establishment, though tables and chairs do abound throughout the main concourse.
