Amato's Italian Ristorante
Amato's Italian Ristorante's menu includes seafood, veal, chicken and eggplant and sausage entrees. A sampling of entrees include stuffed (with real crab meat) salmon, veal parmigiana and chicken francese, a breast of chicken in a lemon butter and wine sauce. Traditional New York-style pizza in small and large, including Sicilian, and in a 16-inch-square size is served. You can select your favorite 12-inch hero sandwiches in meatball parmigiana, a cold Italian or eggplant parmigiana varieties.
Amato's specialty salad includes lettuce, mushrooms, black olives, marinated artichokes, green olives, pepperoncinis, chicken (an extra charge) and chicken Caesar. You can order take-out food trays and desserts. It has 26 varieties of food trays, including baked ziti, manicotti, lasagna, meatballs and filet of flounder oreganata. Desserts for dining out include Italian cheesecake, New York cheesecake and tiramisu. Dinner reservations are recommended for dining in. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday.

Cadillac Pizza Pub
Cadillac Pizza Pub's menu specializes in wood-fired pizzas with appetizers, salads and sub sandwiches. Pizzas have "Cadillac" names such as Coupe DeVille, a meat lover's pizza made with beef, Canadian bacon, pepperoni and pepper smoked sausage. Escalade, a supreme style pizza, is made with Italian sausage, mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, black olives, red onions, green peppers, pepperoni and Canadian bacon. Pink caddy is vegetarian pizza made with feta cheese, kalamata olives, Roma tomatoes, artichoke hearts, green peppers, mushrooms, red onions and green peppers. Appetizers include Italian cheese bread, pizza rolls and calamari and fries.

Mama Emilias Restaurant
Mama Emilias Restaurant's Italian specialties include sea bass, served over mashed potatoes and asparagus, topped with a black currant chutney and white wine butter sauce. Another entree from the grill is Nova Scotia salmon, served with vegetables. Mama Emilias' Italian dinners include jumbo sea scallops, lobster ravioli and linguine with clams. Mama Emilias has a kids menu for those less than 12 years of age.
An extensive wine list of champagnes, sparkling wines, white and red wines, and after-dinner drinks is available. Several desserts, including creme brulee, tiramisu, spumoni and bread pudding are served. Strawberry brunch is available on Sundays, and a reservation is recommended.
For your private party, two dining areas are available: in the front of the restaurant, an area for accommodating up to 24, and in the mezzanine area, with up to 56 seats are available.
Take-out catering service is available with an assortment of salads, fruit and cheese, carving meats, cold and hot hors d'oeuvres and desserts. Open for dinner, Tuesday through Sunday.

Sicilys Pizza & Pasta offers low-fat entrees including chicken marsala, chicken cacciatore, chicken picatta, chicken breast and linguini. Chicken marsala is a chicken breast sauteed in mushrooms and marsala wine. Chicken cacciatore is a chicken breast sauteed with onions and mushrooms in a red sauce, and served with spaghetti. Menu is available for children, age 12 and under, for dine in. Lunch specials on Tuesday through Friday includes a roll and salad. Lunch and dinner are served on Tuesday through Sunday.
