Om Garden
Om Garden serves 100 percent organic vegetarian cuisine. The restaurant serves cooked foods such as the delicious Om rice, a house special made from quinoa and brown rice, tofu, cabbage, red pepper, broccoli, cilantro and soy sauce. However, Om also serves raw food vegetarian items. Raw food is prepared using a method that prevents cooking temperatures from rising above 118 degrees F. This is thought to preserve helpful enzymes contained in fruits and vegetables that are destroyed during cooking. For an introduction to raw food try the Belief Tacos, three romaine leaf tacos served with spicy sunflower paté, guacamole, salsa and cashew sour cream. Om serves lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and lunch on Sunday. The restaurant has a casual garden-like atmosphere.

Garden Eat'in
Strict vegetarians who consume no animal products will want to visit Garden Eat'in, which serves vegetarian and vegan meals with Caribbean flair.
