Papa Razzi Trattoria & Bar

With a cozy atmosphere--oriental rugs, glass chandeliers and a fireplace--Papa Razzi offers food and privacy, incnluding private lofts for parties and outdoor seasonal patio. The menu includes antipasti, soups and salads, wood-fired pizza, pasta and meat dishes along with rich desserts. Lunch is served 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday; dinner is 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. A brunch is offered from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Try the rigatoni con luganega: Sausage, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes, caramelized onions with cream.

Pacini's Italian Eatery

Next door to Papa Razzi is a less formal option, Pacini's Italian Eatery. The homemade food comes fast, especially important if you want to get back on the highway for your next hiking or skiing adventure. Pacini's has an open atrium for outdoor dining. Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Especially nice is a creamy cannoli or better yet, a box of them.

Hanover House of Pizza

Hours:
Monday-Saturday 10 am- 9:30 pm
Sunday 10-9 pm

As you might expect, Hanover House of Pizza's offerings center on pizza, but menu items also include pasta and sandwiches. The restaurant is open 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. A favorite pizza is a large one with half eggplant and half pineapple. Or try a toasted ham and cheese hoagie.

Mamma Mia's Pizza

Mamma Mia's Pizza is a family owned restaurant begun in 1974 by brothers Pasquale "Pat" and Giovanni "John" Viscariello. Now their grandchildren operate many of the family's five Italian restaurants that feature pizza, pasta, salad and subs. A personal favorite is a hearty meatball sub.
