Laughlin is a popular vacation destination in the Nevada desert. Located near the Arizona border and less than 100 miles from Las Vegas, the city offers gambling, fine dining, spas and golf courses. Despite being in the desert, the city is in close proximity to the Colorado River, Lake Mead, Lake Havasu and Lake Mojave. It is also near high desert mountains, where you will find bighorn sheep and other wildlife viewing opportunities.

This is a fantastic resort with a hotel, casino and a multi-level RV park. It has 740 spaces with hookups for water, sewer, cable and 50 amps. The attached casino provides a long list of dining and entertainment options, and it has an active nightlife. There is a bowling venue, headliner shows, an arcade, an auto museum and a movie theater. This park eliminates the need to commute around the city. Reservations must be made online through an inquiry form.

AVI Resort and Casino

This is a KOA RV park with 260 spaces and easy access to the Laughlin casinos. It has hookups for water, sewer, cable and 50 amps. It's a pet-friendly park with the exception being pit bulls, rottweilers and dobermans. It has laundry facilities, shaded picnic venues, a fitness center and a 24-hour shuttle service to and from the casino entrance. Most of the sites are large, pull-through spaces, and the resort has access to a beach and a boat launch on the Colorado River. The casino is located across the street and has restaurants, bars and gambling.

River City RV Park

The park is located in Bullhead City, Arizona, but it's only two miles from Laughlin. It's a short walk to the Colorado River, and it has 132 spaces. There is a heated pool, Internet access, cable television, restrooms and showers. A picnic area is also offered. It has hookups for water, sewer and power. The park is close to the casinos without the noise, and it's near public access points for the Colorado River.
