Try the Pasta Lafayette, which contains crawfish and shrimp with a cream sauce of Monterey Jack cheese; Pasta Zydeco, pasta with chicken and a red marinara sauce; and Pasta Jambalaya, a combination of sausage, chicken and shrimp cooked in Cajun seasonings. A sample of fresh fish specials include blackened catfish and tilapia, grilled salmon and mahi mahi, and trout in a shrimp and crawfish in a lemon cream sauce. A menu for little Cajuns includes shrimp, chicken, catfish, grilled cheese and corndog.

Shuck N Jive touts itself as a "late-night destination" with its full-service bar. It has an assortment of beer on tap, domestic and import bottles and games and large screen TVs. Happy hour features appetizers and desserts with $1 off drink specials from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday through Friday.

Menu includes Cajun cuisine as well as American food such as burgers and sandwiches.
