Middletown Township is a small town where you can participate in a number of outdoor activities. Middletown has 48 parks with tennis and basketball courts, playground equipment, athletic fields and picnic areas, including Applebrook Park, Belford Park and Bicentennial Park. You can also play miniature golf in Tindall Park and hike on the trail in Poricy Park. Additionally, you can enjoy other activities such as dining in various restaurants.

Anna's Italian Kitchen

Anna's Italian Kitchen serves appetizers, salads, pastas, seafood and meat entrees and specials, and desserts. You can order fried calamari, stuffed artichoke, spaghetti with crab meat, homemade potatoes gnocchi, linguine with fresh clams, filet of salmon, jumbo shrimps sauteed with garlic and olive oil, filet mignon sauteed with porcini mushrooms and veal scaloppini. For dessert, you can order tiramisu, panna cotta, chocolate mousse and gelato. At Anna's Italian Kitchen, you can bring your own alcoholic beverage. Lunch is by reservation only, and dinner is on Tuesday to Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., on Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 to 10 p.m. You must make dinner reservations for Friday and Saturday nights and reservations for Sunday night are strongly recommended.

Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's Subs is a restaurant that serves hot and cold sub sandwiches and wraps. Cold subs are made fresh and include turkey breast and provolone, the original Italian, albacore tuna fish and roast beef and provolone. Hot subs are grilled and include chipotle cheese steak, big kahuna cheese steak and grilled pastrami Reuben. You can also order chicken Ceasar, Buffalo chicken or grilled veggie wraps. The menu also includes salads. Off-site catering services are available with your choice of box lunches, salad bowls, dessert trays and sub trays.

The New Marina Diner

The New Marina Diner serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast you can order juices and fruits, omelets, eggs served with home fries, toast and jelly, pancakes, Belgian waffles, egg sandwiches, Benedicts, cereal, wraps, toasts, muffins and bagels. For lunch you can order appetizers such as sweet potato fries, onion rings and marinara crab cakes. You also can order soups and salads, and sandwiches, wraps and paninis including tuna melt, cheese steak, beef or chicken gyro, Reuben, baked Virginia ham and roast sirloin. Dinner specials include shrimp and scallops Napolitain, chicken sesame, and veal marsala. Wi-Fi is available, and military personnel get a 10 percent discount, as do senior citizens, for breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Winter hours are on Sunday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday and Saturday, 24 hours a day. Summer hours are from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
