Fusion Cuisine serves authentic Chinese dishes in a modern, stylish atmosphere. The restaurant is also adorned with red, plush suede booths, private tatami rooms, a marble-top bar and an array of plasma televisions. With its spacious rooms, Fusion Cuisine can accommodate large groups and special gatherings and functions. In addition to its regular menu, Fusion Cuisine offers weekly specials and luncheon specials, where customers can customize their own lunch box to include their chosen soup, appetizer and side dish. Fusion Cuisine also serves desserts and specialty drinks and is open Friday through Monday only.

Oriental House
Open seven days a week, Oriental House serves authentic Chinese cuisine and offers dine-in, take-out and delivery options. The restaurant provides delivery service to all of Ashland and much of nearby Hopkinton. Oriental House's menu includes lunch specials; dinner combination platters; appetizers; soups; vegetables and bean curds; Chinese specials; beef, poultry, seafood and pork dishes; rice; noodles; and chop suey/chow mein. Favorites at Oriental House include Dragon and Phoenix (General Gau's shrimp and chicken with mushroom), Szechuan Double Ding (big shrimp and chicken sautéed with celery, carrot, water chestnuts and peanuts in spicy sauce), Chicken Pad Thai and Vegetable Lo Mein.

Cherry Blossoms
Serving lunch and dinner, Cherry Blossoms also features a cocktail lounge and bar for post-dinner entertainment. The menu offers a wide variety of Mandarin, Szechuan, Cantonese and Thai-inspired dishes. Cherry Blossoms serves gourmet entrees large enough for two people, curry dishes and low-calorie dishes, aside from typical Chinese dishes. Platters large enough for two to four people are also available. Cherry Blossoms is open seven days a week.
