Extra Virgin Restaurant sits along Arlington's Restaurant Row and offers modern Italian dishes to diners. The restaurant menu and decor both feature an olive-oil theme. The decor of this aptly named restaurant was specially selected to mimic the effects of olive oil dripping along the fabric and wood surfaces. Loopy patterns and splatters are featured throughout the dining area and on the adjoining bar. The menu, which changes seasonally, was designed by in-house chef Paul Anthony Fario. The menu consists of an assortment of wood-fired pizzas along with pasta, meat and seafood options. Popular favorites that are regularly featured on the menu include fontina cheese ravioli, chicken marsala and mixed grill seafood. A children's menu is available. The restaurant offers a specialty brunch menu during select hours as well as an extensive bar menu including a "Dirty Virgin" cocktail, which contains six bleu-cheese-stuffed olives.
