Gilbert's Mediterranean Cafe‎

Gilbert's restaurant is close to downtown Atlanta and the Buckhead district. This restaurant specializes in Mediterranean dishes including sandwiches, vegetarian dishes and pastas. In addition, Gilbert's caters major events. Zaya Mediterranean Restaurant‎

The Zaya was open in 2008 by Gary Saliba, Hicham Khodr, and Tarek Tay. Reservations for this restaurant are accepted by phone or via their website. Their dinner menu features lamb kebab, chicken shawarama (boneless chicken seasoned with oil, lemon juice, and garlic), Mediterranean pasta (pasta served with shrimp, vegetables, and herbs), Zaya Caesar (Caesar salad served with pita chips and Caesar dressing), and tabbouleh (parsley, wheat, tomatoes, and onions served with lemon juice sauce). Desserts at Zaya are ashta (homemade custard), chocolate fondant (white chocolate sauce on vanilla ice cream), and cheesecake flan trifle (served with vanilla). Their wine menu serves red and white wine, as well as beer and champagne.
