Avalon House Hostel Dublin‎

Visit the Avalon House youth hostel, only two minutes walking distance from the center of Dublin. Avalon House can accommodate up to 281 guests in rooms which include single, twin, four and multi-beds. All of the rooms include bedding and most having a toilet and shower ensuite. Some of the private rooms have private bathrooms. Choose from single private and twin private rooms to four-bed female dorms and four to 12-bed mixed dorms. Avalon House allows access 24 hours per day, without curfews or lockouts.

Make yourself at home with free breakfast each morning at the Avalon Cafe, free Wi-Fi and Internet in your room or in the lobby, kitchen access, cable television, a games room with pool and foosball tables, library, washing machine and dryer, key card access, 24-hour security and more.

Abraham House Hostel‎

A two-mile walk from the center of Dublin takes you to the Abraham House, where you can enjoy many facilities. All rooms provide a toilet and shower and free bed linen. Select from private rooms, all female dorms or mixed sex dorms. Each room offers up to 20 twin beds. Children under 16 must stay in private rooms or single occupancy dorm rooms.

Enjoy a free continental breakfast, free luggage storage, free city maps and free Wi-Fi and Internet access. Rent a computer terminal if you do not have a laptop. Also, you can rent a laptop safe or a safety deposit box if needed. As an old building, the Abraham House does not provide handicap accessible features such as ramps or elevators. The Abraham House is open 24 hours a day, and has no curfew; present your security pass in order to enter the hostel.

Sheila's Hostel‎

Stay at this family-owned hostel in Cork, Ireland just three minutes away from shopping, local restaurants and train and bus transportation. Choose from single room ensuites with private bathrooms, two to four-bed coed ensuites--each room containing a shower and toilet--or four to eight-bed coed dorms with shared bathrooms. As of January 2010, Sheila's offers weekly dorm rates from October through February and special offers when you book rooms online. Sheila's provides all of the bed linen. Bring your own towels or rent them from the front desk.

An all-you-can-eat continental breakfast awaits you at a low price or you can purchase sandwiches, soup, snacks, coffee, tea and wine around the clock. Feel free to prepare your own meals in the kitchen also. Sheila's does not have a curfew but you will receive a security pass daily to show the reception desk personnel if you enter the hostel after 11:30 p.m.

In the lounge, enjoy free Wi-Fi and very cheap Internet for which you pay by the hour. A cinema room provides you with free movies daily on a 42-inch, plasma screen. Sheila's Hostel also offers you a free city map, free luggage storage and discounts at the local pub.
