Restaurants near the Trevi Fountain in Rome, Italy
The Trevi Fountain in Rome's Spagna district is perhaps one of the ancient city's most iconic structures. The Baroque fountain, which was built at the terminal point of an ancient Roman aqueduct, is a popular tourist attraction, especially as legend holds that throwing a coin into the Trevi Fountain ensures a return visit to Rome. The Trevi Fountain is just one of many spots travelers visit each year. Other sites in the Spagna district include the popular Spanish steps, colorful piazzas, fashionable high-end shops and the variety of authentic Italian restaurants offered throughout Rome. There are several restaurants just steps from the Trevi fountain varying in price and style of cuisine.
