Sublime

Sublime offers a thoroughly contemporary dining experience in both menu and ambiance. With influences from around the globe, diners chose between traditional dishes like caprese salads, Thai curried mussels and sea scallop tiradito---diver scallops with lime juice, cilantro and Tahitian vanilla bean oil. The design is mid-century modern with rich, chocolate brown furnishings accented by bursts of white. The bar, Libations, offers an extensive list of specialty cocktails and martinis. The wine list is extensive, with many reasonable priced bottles--some under $30. The lounge is open late (until 1:00 a.m. or 2:00 a.m.) Tuesday through Sunday.
