RV Parks Near Gulf Breeze, Florida
Visitors to Gulf Breeze, in northwestern Florida, come to gaze at the Gulf of Mexico surf. The waters here are a haven for kayak and canoe enthusiasts, with thousands of small inlets and protected waterways to explore. The warm waters of the Gulf are a contrast to the oak and pine trees that live inland, throughout the Pensacola area. It's a great place for a road trip, with several ways to explore the outlying areas from your RV. Several neighboring communities host RV parks for overnight, weekly or monthly stays.

Tall Oaks RV Park‎

It's probably no surprise that the Tall Oaks RV Park is located in a woodland setting. Guests may be surprised, however, to discover that this park is close to downtown Pensacola's convention center, the Scenic Hills Country Club and major shopping, dining and entertainment venues. It offers 75 spacious sites with full electrical, water and sewage hookups plus cable television and phone hookups. The park has bathrooms, showers and free wireless Internet service. Gulf Breeze is less than half an hour south of Pensacola.

Navarre Beach Campground

Navarre Beach Campground was awarded the 2009 Award of Excellence from the Good Sam RV Club. Navarre Beach faces the Santa Rosa Sound, a protected inlet of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the privacy of Santa Rosa or drive five minutes to get to the gulf. This park features 135 RV sites. Some are pull-throughs and others are back-in spaces. The park provides full electrical hookups, up to 50 amps, plus water and sewage and cable television. Sites come with patios and picnic tables. The park has a propane filling station, a playground, modern bathrooms, showers and laundry rooms, a heated swimming pool and hot tub, a video game room, a recreation room with a full kitchen, shuffleboard, a fishing pier, free wireless Internet, a fitness center, and a mini market with RV supplies. From Gulf Breeze, just take FL-399 to Santa Rosa Island, about 18 miles east to Navarre Beach.

Pelican Palms RV Park‎

Pelican Palms is a campground and RV park with full hookups and level, wide pull-through sites. The park has a large, centrally located swimming pool, a clubhouse recreation room with a pool table, book exchange, games and puzzles, television and cafe tables for an impromptu card game, catching up with work or a quick snack. Guests at Pelican Pines have access to clean and well-lit bathrooms with showers, sinks and changing rooms. An on-site convenience store, a picnic pavilion and a shaded wash station allow guests to enjoy the comforts and spoils of home. Pelican Palms is located in Milton, a little more than half an hour north of Gulf Breeze. By boat, Milton is accessible via Blackwater Bay.
