Memphis is located in the southwest corner of Tennessee. With a population of 670,100, Memphis is the largest city in the state and the ninth largest in the United States. With its combination of musical history and culture, Memphis has become quite famous with tourists due to attractions such as Graceland--the home of Elvis Presley--and yearly events such as Memphis in May. Other attractions which make the city popular are the Pink Palace, Mud Island Water Park, Beale Street and the Memphis Walk of Fame. Walshtown Retreat is a private secluded cabin just a short drive from Memphis located right on the banks of a lake. The Cottage

The 1,400-square-foot two-bedroom cottage offers guests the feeling of a country lodge. It provides a cedar-lined living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a fenced yard. Lake House Memphis Rentals is located in the northeast part of Memphis on a 65-acre wooded estate, which also offers four other larger rental houses besides the cottage.

Chattanooga Campgrounds

Chattanooga Campgrounds is located just a few miles from Memphis in nearby Chattanooga. The facility offers 170 campsites for both RVs and tents as well as rustic sleeping cabins that can accommodate up to five guests and luxury cottages with amenities such as air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms. The campgrounds feature an outdoor swimming pool, playground, high-speed Internet access and a state-of-the-art bathhouse. A convenience store is also on site.
