The owner of Wild Ginger wants patrons to know the restaurant combines "energy and passion" with "harmonious and flavorful cuisine." Catherine Jones from "The New York Times" said the service was "informed and relaxing" and recommends eating "Tuna toro tartare; lobster roll; crispy salmon skin roll and salmon soup." Aside from its extensive sushi menu, intriguing entrees include Seabass Saikyu broiled with saikyu miso and pickled wild ginger garnish, and Pepper Crusted Chicken sauteed with shimeji and oyster mushrooms in orange saffron sauce. Lunch is served Tuesday through Friday from noon to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served Tuesday through Wednesday from 5 to 10 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. The restaurant is BYOB.

Nisi Estiatorio was voted "Best Over All Restaurant 2009" by "The New York Times." Only a five-minute drive from the George Washington Bridge, this restaurant in Englewood, New Jersey serves authentic Greek food.
