Sugo
Sugo is a lauded Italian restaurant with a location in Duluth. Upscale in decor - modern art touches and tables - and on the menu, Sugo is not your run-of-the-mill pasta place. Instead the food offered includes items like Federico's Pork Braciole, which is pork tenderloin stuffed with walnut pesto, sausage, cheese and onions and topped with caramelized dates. A varied tapas menu features everything from mushrooms to bacon-wrapped dates to Spanakopita, a Greek spinach pie. Sugo also offers a vegetarian and gluten-free menu.
