Columbia Restaurant
Established in 1959, the family-owned restaurant is the oldest in Sarasota. The original, located in Ybor City in Tampa, opened in 1905. The restaurant has a long tradition of serving exceptional Spanish and Cuban food, such as Paella, Valenciana yellow rice and chicken, Boliche and Palomilla steak that has kept the restaurant a favorite of locals and vacationers.
