Dune Restaurant
Just 5 five miles east of Somers Point, in the exclusive Margate, New Jersey beach community, the staff of this casual and laid-back restaurant with reasonable prices lives by its motto: "We are only as good as our last meal served." The popular seashore destination was named one of "28 of the Best Spots for a Great Meal at the Beach" by Christine Norris of South Jersey Magazine. Start your three-course culinary voyage with wild Virginia oysters from the raw bar and the market salad followed by Arctic char or halibut. Dune closes for the winter but, in the peak season, serves dinner every night but Monday. The restaurant is BYOB and has limited parking available in the back.
