The city of Couer d'Alene, Idaho, is in the northern part of Idaho and has a population of 41,328. The town has become increasingly popular with tourists due to resorts such as the Silver Mountain Resort and the Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort located in nearby Sandpoint. Other attractions include Lake Couer d'Alene, which provides visitors with 25 acres of water activities that include boating, swimming, water skiing and fishing. There are also a number of campgrounds which offer lodging.

Wolf Lodge Campgrounds can be found in northern Idaho, just east of Lake Coeur d'Alene. The campgrounds offer guests a choice of RV hookups, tent sites or a variety of cabins ranging from rustic two-person cabins nestled in the mountains with picnic tables and fire rings to more luxurious cabins that sleep up to six guests and feature amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning and private decks.The campgrounds also offers a camp store, nightly group campfires, nightly outdoor movies, bathrooms, showers, free wireless Internet, a playground and canoe rentals.
